Allergy is a very common disease in animals, with 1 out of 5 pets suffering with allergy.Â

The most common symptom of allergy is an itchy skin, which can lead to:
Scratching, biting and chewing of the skin
Excessive paw licking
Excessive face rubbing
Excessive grooming
Hair loss
Recurrent ear or skin infections
Vomiting and diarrhoea, especially in cases of food allergy
Watery eyes, sneezing and coughing occasionally
The usual locations of the itching skin are the belly, armpits, feet, base of the tail and face, especially around the eyes, mouth and ears.
